How to get new clients on demand...
I see people asking all the time on social media... How do I advertise? How do I get new leads or clients for my service? After growing my cleaning company from $8,500 per month to more than $65,000 per month in just 4 years, I’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to get new customers on demand! Here are some of my thoughts on the subject getting clients… 1️⃣ Answer the phone This sounds ridiculous but when I owned my cleaning company, I can't tell you the number of times I heard someone on the other line say something like, "Oh, thank goodness, you're the first company to actually answer the phone." We were often the 9th or 10th company they called but the FIRST to answer the phone. Literally, we heard that over and over. Being responsive is hugely important to your success. We could flood you with new leads tomorrow but can you handle them? That brings me to number two.... 2️⃣ Have great SYSTEMS You win by having great systems in your company that produce predictable results, ESPECIALLY when it comes to sales & marketing. Many business owners are the least systemized in this area but it is arguably the most important part. Hint: I DOUBLED my company's revenue in 3 just months by simultaneously raising prices and implementing a great sales SYSTEM (scripts, standardized pricing, etc.). Honestly, I was SHOCKED at how EASY it was to get clients to say "Yes" when I adopted a proven sales system. The system was literally doing the work for me, I was just cooperating! 3️⃣ The fortune is in the FOLLOW-UP Yeah, you've probably heard that before. The funny thing is it's TRUE!! Your follow-up SYSTEMS are one of the single most important parts of your business. I can testify that once I installed half-way decent follow-up systems in my biz, we doubled our business again in 6 months time! I'll take a game of doubles with a short time horizon any day in business. Wouldn't you? 4️⃣ Be impossible to ignore Another key to win BIG and win fast is to be so visible that you are impossible to ignore.
