Hi @Sean Smith and welcome to the group. How many lawns are you running in Penrith?

@Sean Smith Yes we have three of use doing around 200 lawns so something similar. I find a lot of the older business get a steady flow of leads. Its nice to be turning away leads, it means you can keep the plum jobs. lol Have you ever though of selling your excess leads? That's what we do.
🏫Introduction and The Systeme.io Masterclass
Hello Everyone, I'm Sean, and I live in Washington, USA (or as I like to call it, the land up over—sorry, I have a quirky sense of humor!). I'm the person behind the scenes of the Systeme.io Masterclass that you can find in the Classroom. It makes me think of the Wizard of Oz and the “wizard behind the curtain.” While I’m definitely not a wizard when it comes to Systeme.io, I do know a thing or two, and I believe the lessons in the class will give you everything you need to get started. The course lessons are being released gradually as I create them, but there are currently 13 available that you can dive into right away. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about Systeme.io!

Happy Monday, Lawn Mowing Pros! Here are a few quick tips to help set up a successful week of lawn care: 1. Check Your Equipment: A quick tune-up on Monday morning can save time and prevent breakdowns during the week. Sharpen blades, check oil levels, and make sure everything’s running smoothly. 2. Plan for Peak Hours: Schedule jobs in the early morning or late afternoon when the sun isn’t at its strongest. This keeps both you and the lawn in better shape! 3. Add Value for Your Clients: Little things like edging, tidying up borders, or offering a seasonal lawn care tip can make a big difference in customer satisfaction. Hi @Faniran Oluwaseun Welcome to the group. I think that customer service is king. Good service will grow your business faster. How many lawns are you running?
Deciding what services to offer
🌱 Starting a lawn care business? It’s tempting to offer all the services under the sun, but here’s why less is more. 🤔 Offering too many services can be overwhelming, especially when starting on a budget. More services mean more equipment—and potentially more headaches. 😫 Before adding services, consider licensing requirements and insurance implications. It’s crucial to only offer what you’re confident in and passionate about. 🙌 Pro Tip: Partner with others for services you don’t enjoy or aren’t equipped for. This way, you stay focused and provide top-notch lawn care. 🏡✨ As your business grows, streamline your services for a more targeted marketing approach. Less really can be more! 🎯 See the full lesson here. Deciding what services to offer. What’s on your ideal service list? Let us know below! 👇

@Sean Elliott Thanks. I am guilty of accepting the occasional job that I struggled to finish in the early days. I think as your business grows, you need to start refining your services and focusing on the ones that bring the best returns.

@Sean Elliott That's right. It not a bad idea to try different things but some jobs end up taking up too much of your time with very little in the way of profit.
