I have had a fall so missed on 3 lessons. Hope I can sit and catch up tomorrow and get back to my routine with the follow-up lessons. Missed the Weekly Planning though which I cannot recover
I had a Smoothie with 30 gm Protein Powder + Coconut Water + Flax Seed + Hemp Seed + Mixed Berries + 1/4 apple + 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Got more than the 30 gm protein I had targeted
All my smoothies get some juice - my doctor tells me to get a variety of 7 different fruits and veggies each day (quite a challenge) so each thing is in small quantities and gives me a variety of micro-nutrients. I sometimes use Chia seeds instead of hemp hearts. My sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are in my snack category or as salad dressings
