Company and Contact in Lead/Opportunity
Some users select Company and Then select Contact from another Company by mistake in the lead module. Can we prevent this. Even in opportunity module same thing happens.

good morning you can setup to pickup contact as soon as you select a company in lead module if you need help contact us and see how this can be done
Ticket Auto Numbering Failure
https://anaspureinc.sangamcrm.com/admin/auto-numbers URL of our CRM Auto number was working till 31 May 2024 From Yesterday it got restarted with ticket number 1,2,3.. onwards Attached is the screen shot of the setup also current malfunction screenshot updated Does this relate to recent version update? HElp required urgently

Hello when we write all the inputs into gallabox integration as mentioned in the screenshot I get unAuthorised Access when Testing it Support team member says we need a default messages into template in gallabox In this case that message is also there Can you tell me more about how to define this default message in gallabaox? In this case I have only one template in the section

Gallabox Sangam CRM Integration Stopped
I had setup a connection with Sangam CRM Workflow was setup in Sangam CRM to automaticaly send a Whats message to customers as I create new Ticket or Update existing ticket But now Messages fail to be sent They get generated in Sangam CRM and seen in the log with a status as Failed to Send Need your support to start this
