Hey i'm Nabil, my most recent role was doing product marketing for a startup 6 months pre gpt. I automated that job with gpt4 and freed up hours to do something else. Then I stumbled on this youtube video called "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix9WIZpArm0&t=3s and started seeing the possibilities on llm rchitectures and got serious. I used that time to learn everything about llms. Most recently finished a certificate program at Watspeed UWO called 'Foundations of Large Language Models: Tools, Techniques, and Applications'. But truly learned more by following the right accounts on socials (you can follow me on x and scroll through my likes and find useful llm related posts that I update everyday: https://x.com/nabs0824) . my most googled phrase was "github repo trending'. It was really cool to see so many amazing new ideas come to life, and then getting wiped out at every new openai dev day. Now that the dust has somewhat settled, some patterns have emerged. I'm focusing on helping businesses/startups set up the best llm/rag systems for their use case as I do the same for myself.
