@Michael Hyun I’ve been looking at Bay Area cities just because of the proximity to where I live, but specifically Pacifica and Livermore. Maui is definitely tough rn due to recent new regs, so looking into Kauai because I go there yearly for vacation. But HOA’s are high and def agree with you that it’s a tough market to make cash flow. I’ve considered gaitlinburg and FL but hesitant since I’ve never been, and don’t know much about the area at all and the distance from where I live is daunting. Austin- will have to look into more. @Yu Liu I’m also looking in the OC and also SD. A lot of the coastal OC cities have STR regs so I’m looking at Long Beach and Huntington.
