Thank you, Steve. I'm particularly happy with the work and effort that has occurred at the school in India. We opened Prasaad in 2015 as a Vocational Catering School to provide kids a pathway to a job in a restaurant or to open their own food business. Recently, the school was awarded the contract to operate and manage the US Embassy breakfast and lunch canteen along with handling the catering for various events and visiting dignitaries. Here's a photo of the kids at the US Embassy location with several dishes.
