Tracker for any type of outreach
Here's a tracker I use for cold calling. You can edit this to your specific type of outreach if you do looms, emails, dm's, etc. Example with cold calling: How it works is by measuring how many cold calls you made, to how many cold calls answered. Then it measures how many decision makers you've reached, then how many pitches you've done, and finally how many appointments you've set. Hello everyone
My name is Mukil, I'm 20 and I'm from Melbourne Australia currently working with the real estate niche Had around 6 sales calls so far for my paid services and a few more for my free trial. I had 2 free trial clients who I fucked up service delivery for and got no results LMAO so got no case studies out of it. Still looking to close my first paid client so lets see how it goes. Any tips and sales advice would be much appreciated.

Emails to send to prospects before sales calls???
I need to remember to send two emails to a prospect before a sales call, as suggested by Dylan in one of his videos. The first email should include a case study to demonstrate my expertise, and the second should share my personal story. I can't recall which video this was from, but I'm seeking feedback and guidance on this approach. I plan to send an email introducing myself and explaining why I left my previous job to pursue a new venture. I initially started making websites for local businesses, but they didn't see the value in it. I then reevaluated my approach and implemented lead capturing tools on the websites to make them more beneficial for the business owners. I believe this approach will help the prospect see me as a real person rather than just another name on the internet. I would greatly appreciate any input or a link to the video where Dylan mentioned this strategy. Thank you.
