My first successful business was a commercial cleaning company, partner and I grew by creating an offer that charge 2.5 time more than the competition, we develop system what each staff would use the same equipment and color coded tools at every location providing a predictable outcome of cleanable square footage, it also help that payment was clock work a month. I wanted that same experience in digital space, however I found myself doing the complete opposite pulling the little bit hair I do have.. but refocusing reimagining, and rededicating it space im at now
