Okay, so ... hi everyone! This is a kind of check in for me. I'm currently a senior in high school (18 years old) and graduating soon with some really important exams coming up. I followed Joseph on Instagram and have been in the self-improvement space for a while, yet haven't really done anything about it. But, what Joseph taught me is that what works is encouragement and empowerment, not berating and/or making others feel bad for their life decisions. Joseph's story of struggle really related to me and showed me that there is always a way out and that it don't matter what others think of you, man. This is the first time I have actually taken action, and I went to the fucking gym. I'm a skinny little guy and going to the gym is my worst fear and I have already got 3 times. I play football (soccer) 3 times a week already so I'm only choosing to go 4 times. Of course, I'm not following the protocol perfectly but I feel myself making actionable change and I can't believe I went to the gym. I can't believe it. But, I am so happy and so proud and I plan to keep going and trying to stick to the protocol. I'm so happy with just the fact that I went to the gym ... I'm not just trying to do the protocol, but I'm actually trying to change my mindset. Of course, I'm going to try to follow it more strictly but this is a great start in my opinion! <3 All love, Truitt.
