Clients Feedback Sessions - how to do?
This is something I've been thinking about recently and this club might be the right place to ask: feedback is super important for us, but we often forget to set up regular feedback sessions with our clients during or after a project. How do you manage this? Do you ask for feedback regularly, or maybe use a Clutch link? Do you have a feedback session only after finishing a project? šŸ˜… Would really help to learn from your experience and improve our process.

This might be relevant: There are a couple of key moments when feedback is especially valuable. One is at the start of a project, as it provides a clear picture of the client's expectations. Another is after a successful milestone, as it helps us understand what the client values most in our interaction. Also, I love structured feedback because it directly informs and improves our customer acquisition strategies. ā˜ŗļø
