Hey all, I was confused about this answer to one of the Practice Test 1 questions. The problem says that the systems of equations has no solution, but, with the given answer, the equations are the same. I tested the answer on Desmos, and I got an infinite number of solutions. The explanation says, "If this equation has no solution, the coefficients of y on each side of the equation, -16 and -2t, must be equal." I thought equations with no solutions had the same slope and different y-intercepts, though. Thanks!
