Sad to hear, but understandable. Was curious how you manage your time. Can you make a vid about that as well, and mention why you close the community? I have been wondering what you do, and how you get the time to dive deep into these tools and to explain them. Sidenote: Don't know if I mentioned but I'm quite frustrated that the content you make doesn't get more views, while other more hyped content thrives. And I believe there are many others like me that would benefit from your vids but don't discover them. Something is going on here >:(

Hi, Brandon. I joined because you're already putting out content that I love and wanted to hang out here. I'm currently watching some of your videos and asking questions there. After I get accommodated here I'll better know what to ask. Thanks for your work! Hoping to see your channel and community grow.

I think it would be useful and have potential for views if you did a video on self-hosting Dify with Coolify on Hetzner. This is because people will have OpenAI/Anthropic credentials hosted there, so you'd want to be as safe as can be with those hosted on a server. And after that how to upgrade Dify in this setup perhaps. And contribute the video to https://github.com/langgenius/dify. It'll be a win all around.
LITTLE INTRO ABOUT MYSELF
As a dropshipper, I operate an online store that generates $2,000 in daily sales. Dropshipping allows you to sell products online without holding inventory. You'll need to buy a domain, hosting, and invest in marketing. You pay the supplier for each product only when a customer orders, and the supplier ships it directly to the customer. Your profit comes from the difference between your selling price and the supplier's price. It's a low-investment business model with minimal risk.

@Tanya Figuroea Oh, nice. I haven't checked those out. It's great to hear that they're helping - I'll also check out. Regarding me dropshipping - it was in 2017 and I didn't have much money to invest at the time and had to get a job. That was the main challenge. I had a decent start, to be honest. A part of me thought it would be tough starting out and it would take a while, and at the same time I was hopeful. I think I got my first sale after 2 weeks at 3AM while feeling depressed and hopeless. After that I got some momentum but I didn't have enough money to keep going. If I had, I think there's a chance it would've worked out. What I had to do was to find winning products that weren't saturated, research demographics and group them based on interest, and for each segment set up ads. After 24h if I didn't get a sale for a group I'd stop the ads. And if I got sales within 24h for an ad I'd pump more money into it. The products that worked best for me were glow-in-the-dark trinkets. This dragon bookmark was the first sale I got https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002546060234.html What are the challenges nowadays?

@Tanya Figuroea If I had the time I think I would but I can't say what approaches I'd take since there are quite a few variables. I'd want to offer excellent experience, as you've said customers have come to expect. I'd probably start by watching some tutorials, find some success/journey threads in blackhatworld.com and reddit.com and read through them, and see from there.

I already said this on the YouTube video, but wanted to comment here as well so new members know there's engagement. As I said there, this is fantastic and exactly the thing I needed. Although Langfuse is already pretty generous with 50k records/mo for free (I think), I may need to remove that limit. And you demo'ing on Hetzner is just perfect, since they have some of the best value servers out there. I guess it all worked out. Thanks again for the tutorial it saves me at least 4h. @Brandon Phillips Haven't tried it yet. I'm working on prompts for work for the time being. They need simple solutions right now, which can be solved mainly with single prompts, and a simple eval. Which isn't all that fun since you have to grind to get the prompt right. I have a tendency to explore and get distracted by self-hosted tools so will be a bit until I set it up.
