@Jade Calvert I experience (feel) more body sensations such as a wave of heat across my body, hands or feet ( or shivers) or tingles or itchy palms or stomach/ neck tightness/lightness/heaviness and I had to learn to match what those sensations mean in relation to what someone is feeling - its a beautiful and complex concept that’s helped me definitely understand people ( and myself) - that’s when I realized how we really all are just energy and vibrational beings (not to get too spiritual).

@Jade Calvert yes there was breath work however I was more in an instructor led/ coach setting to learn how to tap into clarsentience - so there was more touch and tuning into sensations involved.

Love languages. I love this topic and it’s grown me into a more self aware young woman. A younger version of me showed my love to others through my own love languages. However, Love languages are a great compass for sustaining relationships when you learn to show and express love to the person (friend or lover) in their love language(s) - May be this is obvious to some it wasn’t to me.
