Congratulations to everybody🎆🎉🎉🎉
Oct 15 - Nov 1st (Thumbnail Color Test)
I’ve been messing around with the color. I’ve deliberately left the worst ones up there for comparison lol. That way it’ll help me gauge what works and what doesn’t. Overall I’m narrowing the design down. Lastly, of course feedback is welcomed 😎🙏🏾

I like 5, 6 and 7 because in other ones (1,3,4 but mostly 3. ) character's torso and their wings color blend together and make it hard to differentiate between them.
Oct 15 - Nov 1st (Silhouette Test)
There are a few silhouettes for me to brainstorm from so far. That way I can thumb nail it with color, define the shape language, and get started on the final product.

@Ronald Livingston Jr. I was talking about team fortress 2 but now you mention it, definitely looks MORE like a character from titanfall 2
Oct 1st - Oct 15th Promote 2 Challenge
I evidently went with the first silhouette I drafted. I’m glad I had more time to get this challenge done this time around. I created a shrimp who found a mysterious ruby red gemstone underneath some hardware. The shrimp ended up fusing with the rocks and hardware surrounding it. It kinda reminded me of a Godzilla monster or UltraMan creature. This was a lot of fun and your feedback is welcomed 🙏🏾.

I like how you interpreted the stone part! I was really lost on how I can integrate the stone while I was doing mine.
October Challange
I Finally did the October Challange The idea I had for this little muncher was: --- A mining company stumbles upon ancient shrimp fossils, and guess what? Their DNA is perfectly preserved. A biotech company sees this and, while rubbing their hands together, says, "Giant shrimps with lights for heads? What an amazing idea!" So, they do what they do best: create horrors beyond human comprehension. Enter the Carbide Shrimps. These creatures are powered by acetylene (C₂H₂), with each carrying their own acetylene tank. Their glowing heads—like those of old carbide lamps—are more than just for show. You might ask, "What can these magnificent creatures do?" Well, they can pay your taxes, transport you, play with your kids, act as walking flashlights, star in movies—you name it! But, there's one little problem: they're a walking liability. No one really wants their Carbide Shrimp combusting due to their acetylene tanks reacting with flammable objects. But come on! Aren't they just the cutest? How could you NOT want one of these lovable munchers? (Carbide, comes from Carbide lamps: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbide_lamp) --- This specific specimen is named Jimmy. He works as a miner, transporting valuable rocks for the company. Sadly for Jimmy, the cave he's working in collapses, leaving him trapped. At first, he's frustrated. But instead of sitting around waiting for death, Jimmy decides to do what he does best: search for valuable rocks. So, he spends his remaining days exploring the cave, hunting for treasure, and maybe even an escape. (He still needs that sweet, sweet monthly chocolate biscuits after all!) --- First drawing at the bottom is the fully rendered shot. Second drawing is without shading. The last one is only the character outline. I had a hard time shading this one, so any suggestions for shading or other aspects of the drawing would be greatly appreciated! ---
