@Lisa Kruczyk I fully understand what you are going through. I lost both my parents 2 months apart. It’s so overwhelming Mum passed away unexpectedly was so sad my dad who has been very unwell didn’t know she had passed away just thought she was resting it completely broke him especially not knowing she was gone for 2 days. We then had to look after Dad till he passed. It really is heartbreaking seeing your parents go through the last days of their lives. We don’t know what people are going through so please don’t judge. I’m still trying to get myself motivated to start on the program but I have so much else to deal with my own health issues I have developed foot drop after breaking my kneecap from the trauma. My life is all over the place at moment plus a breakdown of my daughter’s marriage due to drug addiction. It’s been so stressful so I’m just moving one day at a time and if I don’t get started on this program (I would love to) so be it. I do feel judged but I’m doing the best I can.
