Why Partnerships Are So Important For Agencies
My very first client for my video agency turned into a pivotal partnership for me that led to dozens of more high ticket projects. This first client, I offered a pretty good discount for and I was very honest and straight forward with him. Because of our working relationship, and the fact that I was providing a lot of value for him + it was easy for us to work together. This led him to add my video services into the packages that he was offering his clients, thus landing me consistent new projects every single month. Most digital service providers are constantly on the lookout for things like this. They want to make friends with other companies that will consistently refer more business to them. Some agencies rely solely on referrals and it can work very well for them. But some people, they look and look forever, but never truly land a solid partnership that lasts. Maybe they get one referral here and there, but nothing happening on autopilot. In order to land profitable partnerships that last, you need to make sure that you are following a few best practices. That's why I decided to create this training where I break down into 4 steps how you can land these partnerships that last for a long time and are a huge win-win for both parties :)

Why Partnerships Are So Important For Agencies
Free Foundational Agency Training!!
Hi everyone! I did a masterclass last month where I broke down exactly how I started up my video marketing agency back in 2021 while I was stranded in India and taking care of a newborn baby. Fortunately for me, with a lot of drive and determination, I was able to start getting clients regularly from LinkedIn without a bunch of upfront capital or knowledge. Reflecting on my own journey, I came up with the top three most important things that I felt were crucial to my success. #1 Was to find a thriving and growing industry that was both looking for and needing to outsource a particular service for the growth of their company #2 Was to determine how I could offer that service in a way that was both irresistible and different from everyone else #3 Was to get clients in a relatively quick and easy way without myself spending hours copy and pasting messages to potential clients I created in depth trainings on how to do all of these things :) And now I am offering it for free, exclusively for my brand new Skool Community for both aspiring and existing marketing & creative agency owners :) To check it out, head over here. Hope you find it valuable and good luck!
