Today, I had to do some tasks that required a lot of dedicated focus.
Here is how I approached these hard projects:
Instead of saying, 'I have to do this,' I told myself, 'I get to do this'.
By reframing work as something I can be grateful for, I have more fun and I feel way better.
A strategy that improved my ADHD life significantly.
