Shoutout to all the Client Success Kings and Queens out there!
In July we reached $100k in PROFIT for the first time, with $150k in sales.
And that's all thanks to our client success manager... because a year ago I was literally managing all our client's Youtube ads and I was the single biggest bottleneck in our growth.
Now our CSM is maxed out lol so getting a second one is the move to literally double the business.
Hopefully this can inspire others that are Youtube ads and feeling stuck right now.
