I launched our ad campaign and we've been running it for 30 days, with really poor results i.e. no booked calls.
These are summary stats from the booked call funnel tracker, since launching on Nov 9th:
Total ad spend: $1,478
Total Impressions: 85,959
Total Views: 8,233
View Rate: 9.6%
CPV: $0.22
CPM: $17.20
Total clicks: 499
CTR: 0.6%
CPC: $2.96
Leads: 27
LP: 5%
CPL: $54.75
So, CPL is WAY too high - we can't be paying upwards of $50/lead that isn't even getting past the VSL to book a call.
And the no. of leads is also WAY to low as well - we can't have had just 27 leads in 30 days!!
I haven't changed anything in the copy, creatives or audiences yet - just let the ads run to see the data. But we need help in what to do next, as we can't keep spending money on this i.e. we want to pause the ads and fix it before we do anything.
Also, I didn't ever get a response about my earlier Q re: the audiences i.e. I created 5 campaigns as per the training, but only 3 of them are getting ad spend - Google Ads has paused the other 2, and I don't know why. I'm sure this has something to do with it, but need some input on this.
