How do I scale from here..

I have currently one client paying me £500 per month.

I am in the Home Improvement niche.

I have 1 cold caller working for me part time with a commission of 10%.

I have someone I can pay £25 per 500 calls, and he books roughly 5-10 calls with that.

I cold caller myself also, and will aim to do about 100 dials a day.

My current offer(s) are attached.

What can I do to scale and actually grow my agency. I want to reach 10k/m by the end of the year and I believe I have the ability to do so.

Any help/guidance in the comments would be greatly appreciated
