Reason being is I have found lots of agencies have been burned by agencies in the past, leading them to not be willing to pay thousands upfront, even with a guarentee. I own a marketing agency, recently rebranded. We provide appointment setting systems to Home Improvement businesses located in the UK. I have currently one client paying me £500 per month. I am in the Home Improvement niche. I have 1 cold caller working for me part time with a commission of 10%. I have someone I can pay £25 per 500 calls, and he books roughly 5-10 calls with that. I cold caller myself also, and will aim to do about 100 dials a day. My current offer(s) are attached. What can I do to scale and actually grow my agency. I want to reach 10k/m by the end of the year and I believe I have the ability to do so.
