Here’s a sneak peek at some art I’ve been working on for an upcoming film! Still a work in progress, but it’s coming together nicely. Can You Guess the Story? What’s everyone else working on this week? Feel free to share any updates or behind-the-scenes looks in the community!

How To Access Ai Video Generation on A Budget!
Hey friends, today I want to spotlight an incredible new tool that is just coming on the market! This incredible resource is making AI video generation WAAAY more accessible and affordable for beginners! It’s called https://to.video/, and it’s a tool that lets you access multiple top-tier video generation platforms like Runway Gen 3, Kling, Luma, and more without multiple expensive memberships. Normally, you'd need to pay $50 to $100 a month PER PLATFORM to access the BEST video generation tools. But with https://to.video/, you can experiment with ALL of the top generative video models for as little as $10 a month. This is a game-changer for beginners on a budget who want to experiment with creating their first ai film. Having just launched earlier this month in November of 2024, this tool is still in its early alpha stages so you’ll have to request sign up here: https://to.video/

Creating Character Poses with ChatGPT and Midjourney
If you’re looking for an easier way to start designing and posing your characters, here’s a simple workflow that combines ChatGPT and Midjourney to bring your ideas to life. For a full example with visuals, check out the attached PDF. Workflow Steps: 1. Create a Character Design or Pose in ChatGPT: Start by describing your desired character design or pose. ChatGPT makes it easy—especially if you use voice conversation mode to naturally describe what you’re envisioning without having to worry about formatting a prompt correctly. 2. Finalize your Initial Draft in ChatGPT: Once ChatGPT generates the concept, refine it there until you’re satisfied with the details. 3. Upload to Midjourney: Crop and upload your concept image to Midjourney. 4. Use as Image Reference in Midjourney: Copy the link to your concept image and use it as a reference link in your Midjourney prompt. Pair it with a base character prompt to nail your character’s consistency and style (we cover base character prompts in the Level 1 AI Filmmaking Course under Step 4 - How to Create Consistent Characters). 5. Refine Your Image in Midjourney: Adjust parameters or iterate on the design until you have a final image you’re happy with. 6. Optional - Final Touches in Photoshop: For added control, import the image into Photoshop and use Adobe Firefly to refine specific objects or clothing details that didn’t quite work in Midjourney. I’ll be expanding on this workflow in the Level 2 AI Filmmaking Course, where I’ll dive deeper into the SOPs and training materials that can turn ChatGPT into a reliable production partner. With these resources, you’ll be able to create high quality Midjourney prompts more efficiently. To help me tailor future content, I’d love to know: What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to designing and posing characters using AI tools?

AI Filmmaking in 6 Steps: From Idea to Film in a Few Weeks
One of you awesome people sent me this message recently: "loved your video The Life of Jesus Christ, curious about your workflow. Is it entirely AI generated? Which are all the different tools and models you're using?" I wanted to share my response with all of you: There are 6 core steps: 1) Concept development(Easy, life of jesus, took less than an hour) 2) Script writing (Used a custom GPT here, 1 day for initial draft, 2 days for revisions and refinement) 3) Storyboarding + Outlining Scenes & Shots (I have a custom SOP i created for ChatGPT to make this easy, less than a day) 4) Art Generation with Midjourney(1 week) 5) Video Generation & Lip syncing with Runway Gen 3 and Kling(1 week) 6) Post Production(Outsourcing this to a professional, 1 week) I’ll be adding this information to the Basics in the classroom with in depth video lessons releasing toward the start of December. Currently in the month of November I am still adding written modules bi weekly while dedicating more time to voice and screen recordings for the classroom videos. Expect to see a Skill Roadmap within the next couple weeks that will give you clear expectations of what to expect as you develop your Ai FIlm skills. Would you guys be interested in learning more about how to price your ai film skills? Or Would you prefer to learn more ai film skills first before we talk about the earning side of things?
