Hello everyone! Incase you were interested, here's my nightly journal template I use. It usually only takes me about 5 minutes depending on how much I reflect. Daily Wins Notes about the day: (i only out something here if it was a noteworthy day) What has been the biggest progress in the last 24 hrs? (I usually put at least three wins) Three wins for tomorrow? (for me, these wins should be directly correlated to my weekly goal which is directly correlated to my monthly goals, then quarterly, then yearly and so on.) Weekly goals: Draft 1 - November goals
