“What are factors from the call that you would change?”
Above, is the last question in my weekly partnership notes that I’m supposed to send via email.
Gabrielle has given me the confidence to answer, for the first time in my almost three years of working here, with, “I don’t think I need to change anything from this particular call,” instead of making up an answer to appease upper management. I feel good.
