I want you all to study and act upon this there are three ways to coach someone new or an existing employee 1. One minute Praise: Encourage and give quick praise on the specific thing someone accomplished 2. Immediate Redirection: 1 on 1 chat to get someone back on track 3. Good things happen when good things are recognized

I forgot to mention that recently at my job i got promoted to sales trainer which allows me to train new hires, and yes this may be at cracker barrel but this is select few of people like 2 or 3 in total that get this promotion and I've only been there 3 months
