Wake up 6am✅ Chest session✅ Bench press PB❌ 30 mins cardio✅ Record video✅ Today I learnt that you should listen to your body and don't overload when there is a risk of injury. Tomorrow, my goal is to increase my cardio to 45 mins (while maintaining the same pace)." Looking forward to seeing everyone keeping themselves accountable.
