Yes fellas I hope the week is rounding off well. I’ve been getting a number of queries recently about what a tailored plan inside our private coaching looks like so I wanted to share a recording I made earlier this year running through how it looks with a particular client.
In it is everything from the training to their nutrition and how we coach them.
The client’s name is Ian and he was a former goal keeper in GAA who had no structure or routine and didn’t know much around nutrition.
He transformed his physique by burning 13kg (2 stone) of body fat over 10 weeks and building insane strength, performance, fitness and muscle all as a driver who works shifts.
