A couple of hours ago I had a consultation call on Google MEET with the founder of The 508 Company because I want to file my company, The Franklin Tree under that filing code. Well, well, well, (in my No Life Shaq voice) to my surprise the founder is a Black Man! 🙌🏾 Look at God! I will absolutely be going with them when it's time for me to get that portion started. Another benefit in doing things early, as I do, is, I will be structuring my company properly from the beginning instead of having to go through a reclassification process. I just found this company through a YouTube search last week and setup a consultation appointment for today with no clue that it was Black owned. I will also be using a Black female trademark attorney for that entire process, who I discovered in early 2021 through Derrick Grace. Things are forming beautifully 🙏🏾

Has anyone ever used the Website Generator gpt to get a visual of ideas you might have for your website? I just happened to notice that option within the "Explore GPTs" tab.

Hey BIBs! Today has been a wildly successful day building out the foundation of my business. 1. I got all of my courses outlined, structured, and organized. 2. I got all of my revenue generating programs structured and detailed, included all fees and pricing structures. 3. I got all of my classes scheduled including a 45 minute lunch break and 10 minutes between each class. Now, I'm hungry so, I think this is a perfect time to have my first meal of the day! I feel accomplished.

So, I'm on revision number fityleven of my pitch deck and I get it now! I see why people take months to get this phase right. I watch Ed Kang, an advisor and investor at startups.com, he does Pre-Seed and Seed pitch deck reviews & critiques and he sometimes reviews pitch decks that have been submitted to him 3 & 4 times before they're even ready to go in front of investors. Again, these are Pre-Seed decks so these are very early stages, exactly where I'm at. The bonus is, as my pitch deck has become Better, it has also helped to make it even easier to give a 30 or 60 second elevator pitch. This process is pretty dope. Especially because I'm so personally invested in what I'm building because it stems from my own need and experience as a young woman. There's still a long way to go but the progress I'm making overall with building The Franklin Tree foundation is amazing!
