In this space, we listen deeply first; we respect & celebrate one another’s differences, seeking to amplify our common heart for healing in our communities, from local to global. We gently, lovingly examine & question how we are showing up in our work & personal lives due to being socialized in a culture of domination and hierarchy- with deep compassion for ourselves & each other. We support one another’s becoming with loving, compassionate reflections informed by clear analysis of the systems, structures, & beliefs that no longer serve us in our true purpose: reconnecting, restoring, healing, creating a culture of collaboration & wellness in all we do.
