• During the Week: We do 3 quick breathing sessions. Easy peasy!
• Weekends: One longer session to really dive deep.
• All videos are pre-recorded; do them at your convenience.
The method is designed to work on your entire body and emotional state with a wide variety of breathing exercises. Practices are always different! We move in all directions and breathe in all possible ways. And we do it together within a community of like-minded people. That's what brings results.
