1- Start your day thinking about three things you are grateful for 2- Make journaling a daily practice. 3- Make a list of healthy ways to cope with stress (going for a walk, bake, meditation, exercise, talk about it with someone you trust…) 4- Start a monthly or weekly budget and stick to it. 5- Reduce, reuse, and recycle. 6- Keep a gratitude journal. 7- Do a monthly assessment about how you feel (those journal prompts can help) 8- Once a week, send a text to someone in your life, just to let them know how grateful you are for having them around. 9- When you feel something is off with someone, ask them about it. 10- Find something you like doing and adopt it as a daily workout. 11- Start meditating at least 2 minutes a day. (An effortless way to start is closing your eyes and doing the simple exercise of a deep breath in, counting 4 seconds. Then hold it for another 4 seconds and let it out, also counting 4 seconds). Self-care is the most important for a healthy mind. Stressed out ... try One or more of these steps. If all of these don't work, Take a deep Breath ... You just haven't found what works for you.
