I'm currently running a pay per call offer for spanish debt and they only have agents available to take calls between 11am-10pm EST. I turn my ads off at the adset level when they are not open for taking inbounds outside of these hours.
My question is, does turning the ads off outside of these hours and then turning back on during the hours of operation affecting the learning algorithm that Facebook has? If so, how would this be handled at the media buying level? Any experience or advice would be appreciated, thanks!
