Yall I think today had to be my last straw with sugar. I cheated on carnivore today and had sum pizza, then a soda, then a couple hours later a soft serve ice cream, then fu**in soda AGAIN! Im like a dam drug addict, I eat sum sugar I just end up eating more and more and more until I end up disgusted with myself. I just CANT stop it seems like once I start. So maybe it's best I just don't start the sugar to begin with. In 6 months of carnivore, I have YET to go more than exactly 2 weeks without cheating 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ sugar is THAT FU**IN ADDICTING! No wonder we're all so fu**in fat and unhealthy lol I'm laughing but it's rlly not funny. It's so criminal how addicting sugar is.
