Tallow

Hi Everyone

So here in the Northern Territory of Australia I work as a mobile butcher. The bloke I work for has three Coolrooms on trailers and one has the butcher shop in the back of it. I have started to collect as much beef fat as I can and I’m rendering it down to make Tallow. It’s beautiful to cook with and once I start getting decent stocks of it I’m going to start advertising it for sale locally.

Has anyone else made there own tallow and does anyone do anything else that could be of interest
