Beef is full of both micronutrients and macronutrients. That's why it's able to give you so much more energy. 馃攱
Especially when you throw in some eggs or liver for an added boost on top.馃
Another thing that can help you is exercise. When you get moving your blood starts pumping and it carries lots of nutrients and oxygen to more areas of the body.馃殬
