Introduction!

Hey everyone,

My name is Omkar and I'm entering my second year of LLB Law at SOAS University of London! I have successfully completed work placements at Irwin Mitchell and Crowell and Moring and, from my experiences, I have developed an interest in a number of corporate law practices (namely IP and Competition Law). I am the Head Secretary of the SOAS Arabic Society, as well as an Outreach Ambassador and an upReach Rise Associate. This coming academic year, I am determined to successfully enter and complete a vacation scheme.

I currently struggle with writing successful applications that highlight both my interest in a scheme, as well as my desire for any specific firm. I believe I'm better at face-to-face interaction, but I would still greatly appreciate any interview advice as well.
