Ryan...who created the attachment?
Some of my experiences when I included this with their questionnaire prior to our intake call.
(please do not reply and say do not send it, it is perceived as professional and what anyone that understands the process will appreciate, I have had positive feedback for sending it with the questionnaire, some shopped our price)
They would read, "Due upfront" , and only want to pay that way, and not in full. Well that causes delay...delay.....delay, especially for us to become financial planners!
My recommendations for some changes on the attachment:
Rename it: "Estate Planning Process & Fee Guide"
Replace "Due Upfront" with "Document Preparation Fee"
Replace "Due @ Delivery" with "Estate Planning Fee"
Add "Fee" Real Estate Retitling - Fee
People expect to pay a "FEE" for professional advice, services that provide value for their situation
Just my thoughts
