Hi everyone! My name is John and I am a professional dog trainer for Confetti Dogs (Frederick, MD). I started this group with the intention of building a genuinely helpful space full of open-minded dog owners/pet parents, dog trainers, walkers, groomers, etc...who want to be the best version of themselves with the dog(s) in their care. My hope is to spark quality learning for all of us through dialogue, Q & A's, live stream training, self-paced courses, etc... If you decide to join this group, it's expected that you strive to keep a "growth mindset" and a spirit of ongoing self-reflection in the context of the special relationships we have with our dogs. All of our dogs give us SO MUCH MORE than we can adequately put into words. They have often been there with us through the highest moments of our lives...as well as the lowest & darkest pits...and their love is still so simple and so steady.
