- Uploaded a post yesterday on the topic of basic needs of recovery methods to reduce chances of injury on IG
- Posted all the sessions of treatment on my story. Took my tripod and film’s snippets of all the session.
- Followed up with five clients, two of which will get back to me today.
- This is my main target to push reviews
