Uploaded a post yesterday on the topic of basic needs of recovery methods to reduce chances of injury on IG 3. Posted all the sessions of treatment on my story. Took my tripod and film’s snippets of all the session. 4. Followed up with five clients, two of which will get back to me today. 5. Signed up yesterday and got myself round the challenge; 1. Checked varies amount of stories of local gyms around Dubai with people of a high followings. Quick tip for people; on instagram search for the gym, but click 'places', then look at the stories people have uploaded when they've tagged the gym then approach. 2. Posted stories, varies amount of content filmed with clinics during the day and before that need editing. 3. Uploaded patients on stories I had seen yesterday on my stories, however will do an overview of patients today. 4. No follow up made. 5. Reorganised google business profile for more effective use. Id say a solid 0/5 or maybe a 0.5/5

Hey Guys! Thought I would post my actions for the day. I went and searched for all the local gyms in my area and have managed to to organise an in person meet-up tomorrow morning where I’ll pitch my offer for them to be a brand ambassador💪 Wish me luck 😅
