Intro

Hello friends,

I am Holly and I live in Fort Collins, Colorado. I currently work as an RN but have always had this burning passion to enter real estate. I am hoping to learn and crush the Rental Arbitrage game so I can cash flow my next investment property and hopefully back off my hours working as a nurse. My goal as of now (this changes with the more I learn) is to incorporate a short term/mid term hybrid model since I have connections in the travel nursing world. We shall see where it goes but as of now I am in sponge mode and want to learn it all.
