Hello everyone. Not to parrot the previous post. But I to am a new agent with lpt realty in central Florida. Looking for and advice to help.

What kind of help are you looking for? Been in marketing for real estate for a long time, happy to chat with you about ideas.
- Write down every name & contact you have so far and begin your database.
- Use social media and youtube to show your expertise for your area.
- Contact title for lists to get in touch with
- Be active in at least one community thing
- Mindset is sooo important. I recommend reading books like The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and listening to podcasts like GSD Mode
