I’m totally new to day trading and have yet to even attempt a paper trade but I’ve been seeing and hearing more and more about this endeavor lately so I took that as a sign to dig deeper into it. I’m excited to be a part of this beginner community as we learn this skill set together. I look forward to building a strategic plan of attack and gaining the knowledge required to be a successful day trader to the point of replacing my current income and living solely on the profits of my day trading strategy. Thank you Tyler for being so willing to share your journey with us and helping us learn along side you. Hello everybody ☀️My name is Kira. I am currently living in Portugal where I enjoy the sun, beach and delicious food and I work remotely from home. I have just joined this community and am super happy to find a place where I can learn about trading. Actually it’s because I’ve started trading futures 10 days ago because of a friend who has been doing it. It’s exciting and I was thinking…. I don’t just want to follow signals of other people, I want to understand all that is behind those decisions 😁🫣 For me this means that I have to start with the basics, just like Tyler did. My plan is to take enough time to learn things before I become a real (great) trader. 2 years seems long but I’m sure they will fly by quickly ! I wanted to see if anyone else in this group is around the same point in their journey as I am; mostly so we can ask questions to each other and discuss. For example, I just started paper trading and am keeping it extremely basic and will slowly add more technique to my paper trading as I go. And today I was able to find a stock that had relative strength to SPY so I went long on it but I got in a bit too early and then it wasn't very clear to me when to exit either. I did take my fake profit but just trying to learn from every trade to improve. Just curious if anyone else is beginning paper trading and trying the relative strength method from RealDayTrading.

Hi, I am just learning about trading and been listening to the podcast.
