Outcome Driven Design Sprints is closing down
Hey everyone, Thank you so much for being a part of this online course. Sadly I was not able to achieve what I was hoping to achieve and it will be closing it down this month. I believe the material will still be available, but people won't be able to post. Good luck on your endeavors and thanks for being a part of this! Cheers,

Mastermind in 3 days!!
Hey all looking forward to our upcoming mastermind. This one will be 1.5 hours. Be sure to bring the challenges you’re currently experiencing when collaboratively problem-solving! Just a little remind of how people felt about the last one! “I liked how openly and honestly people shared, and how supportive the suggestions were. I liked the open discussion and the scope to only participate if you had direct experience in that situation.” “I look for this exact thing at the job I work at. But I often don’t get it. Then I am disappointed in the role/company.” “It’s helpful, it's therapeutic, it's cathartic to connect with peers who are struggling with some of the same things and learn from their experiences.” What might be some topics you’d want to discuss during the mastermind?

Aligning on differing approaches
I've been encountering this a few times with a teammate who I collaborate with often--we are setting out to solve a problem but have differing approaches. Usually my approach is rooted in what I have seen working for our larger teams/leaders and in the philosophies our department leaders have laid out. Often when I acquiesce to this teammate's approach, we get feedback directing us to take the approach I had originally suggested. I'd love to learn how others stand their ground but in a collaborative way where everyone walks away feeling like their input was valued, matters, and that it was incorporated into the solution.

Hey all, 📼 The mastermind recording is officially up! It's in the classroom section under Mastermind Recordings. At the top, I placed the three challenges the group went over, with their time stamps. Clicking on the time stamp will set the video to that time. Hit play and enjoy! 👀 You can hit CTRL+F to find anything discussed like third-party stories! Once you find it in the transcription, click the time stamp, and the video will automatically go to that time. 🤗 For those who went to the mastermind, feel free to share your insights so others can learn from your experience! 📆 The next Mastermind is scheduled for Saturday, March 30th at 9am PT.
