Developers are great on a technical level, very talented, but we're not that great business-wise, right?
And that leads us to working super long hours for clients that need things done ASAP, charging cheap rates, and having clients just treat us disrespectfully, and just working on projects that we just don't care about or enjoy.
I was sick of it, so I found a way out.
It took thousands of hours and mistakes, but now I have a team, that I can consider family, spanning across 3 development agencies working with huge clients like Assassins Creed, Farcana, Galaxis, and 157 more.
Now I want to build a community of others that were like me. I want to find talented freelance developers, share all my lessons, tips, tricks, secrets, and systems to help them achieve their true potential and eventually build world-class development agencies together.
