Lessons Learnt Yesterday in the Senior Academy Dev Meetup

In your learning journey, take it a step at a time
To become a Senior Dev you must see yourself as one and project yourself like that.
Don't shoot yourself in the leg by coming out as a non-confident developer to your prospective employer.
In recruitment, skill will be taken over character (Tag: Would you like to hire a barber that will barb your hair or one that's so good at smiling).
When attending an interview, learn enough about the company to ask more questions about them rather than putting the spotlight on you.
Quite a lot more discussed but those are my take-home.
