1. In your learning journey, take it a step at a time 2. To become a Senior Dev you must see yourself as one and project yourself like that. 3. Don't shoot yourself in the leg by coming out as a non-confident developer to your prospective employer. 4. In recruitment, skill will be taken over character (Tag: Would you like to hire a barber that will barb your hair or one that's so good at smiling). 5. When attending an interview, learn enough about the company to ask more questions about them rather than putting the spotlight on you. 6. I recently completed the "Knowing Yourself" exercise in the "Mindset of an Expert Developer" course. I learned that my personality type is Campaigner (ENFP-T). I also identified some strengths that will help me in my development career and some weaknesses that I need to manage.
