Leads started to come in, very excited, last 8 leads I have two contracts signed, one in NY, 1 in MO, working with 3 more waiting on photos, that’s a great average, 5 out of 8. In addition finished my second Fix and Flip last week, 1 sold and one just put on MLS, winning 3 land auctions on a Tax auction for pennies on the dollar, working on 2 Novation deals to put on MLS from before Direct2deals, and just came back from Baltimore teaching The Secrets of the Rich. All of it this last 4 weeks. I need a vacation lol
