Hello everyone, I hope everyone is learning and earning. I am so impressed with the leads coming in, closing 1 in 4 leads and putting them under contract. I have worked with several lead companies in the past, my record was 1/10 leads to close. Update on the month of July, fix and flip rehab done in 3 weeks, listed and sold in 2 weeks with a 1 week escrow, 6 wholesale contracts, 1 novation contract, 1 short sale contract getting referral fee, and REO offer made to bank for another fix and flip across the street from my own house. 3 contracts sent for Overages. And after all of that, still have a day job working as a manager for TurboTax and doing webinars and live zoom sessions teaching the secrets of the rich, on how to structure your business so you don’t give your hard earned money away to Uncle Sam.

Hello everyone, my name is Andrea, I am from Southern California. I work all aspects Real Estate, doing Fix and Flips, Wholesaling nation wide, and I work Overages. I am also an investor and private money lender. I have been teaching tax strategies and tax shelters for almost 20 years as an Enrolled Agent, teaching the Secrets of the 1%. Leads started to come in, very excited, last 8 leads I have two contracts signed, one in NY, 1 in MO, working with 3 more waiting on photos, that’s a great average, 5 out of 8. In addition finished my second Fix and Flip last week, 1 sold and one just put on MLS, winning 3 land auctions on a Tax auction for pennies on the dollar, working on 2 Novation deals to put on MLS from before Direct2deals, and just came back from Baltimore teaching The Secrets of the Rich. All of it this last 4 weeks. I need a vacation lol
